Wind Power Kids Classes were a big hit last year. All Sessions were full with kids 6-15 years old. Classes will be on Wednesdays again this year, sign-up soon we anticipate all sessions to be full again. (more info)

Monday is ladies night. Designed for women to get more comfortable in all aspects of windsurfing. From carrying the board, rigging, sailing at different angles to the wind, using a harness and much more.

Tuesday Kevin teaches FREE kids sailboat lessons at the Fond du Lac Yacht Club. He is excited to try out the new O'PEN BIC Kids Sailboat in this program. (more info & signup sheet).

Wednesday is a night for everyone who wants to improve their windsurfing skills.

WEEKENDS, new this year will be free mini races on Sat & Sun from noon to 2pm!
This program is for all levels of sailors and all types of wind powered craft. Wind Power wants this to relaxed, fun noncompetitive racing. Great for those who would like to try or learn about racing. And great for the racer that wants to hone their skills. Kevin will coach and offer tips and work on practice drills during this time. He has decided to spend less time on the road racing and promote racing more in his front yard. All types of craft, sailboats, windsurfers, and kitesurfers are welcome. The best part it’s like a FREE LESSON!

Kitesurfing lessons are offered by appointment.

• From US Hwy 41. Exit at Hwy 151 North (Exit No. 95)
• After exiting (Exit No. 95), take Hwy 151 North around east Fond du Lac.
• Follow Hwy 151 (6 miles) and Turn Left at County Hwy. K, follow K north to Winnebago Drive.
• Turn Left on Winnebago drive and Wind Power is located on left side across from Roosevelt park.

(Note: Hwy. 41 road construction between Military & 151 bypass.
When coming from 41 North, take Hwy 23 (Johnson street) east to Hwy 151 bypass, go North and continue to Wind Power).

O’PEN BIC is the latest in Kids Sailboats. With an open transom it’s a no bailing design. Safe, tip over and tip back up and go! It’s also fast and fun, a planning hull with hiking straps. Demo one at Wind Power or better yet get in a lesson program with them. The Fond du Lac Yacht Club is offering free lessons the first six weeks of vacation. Wind Power will also have various O’PEN BIC programs throughout the Fox Valley this summer. (more info)
